Astute Asset Management approaches its management system holistically to cover Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance Management will all systems and information being available to all our employees via our specialised software that is cloud based and accessible on all electronic devices, mobiles, ipads, laptop and desktops.

Safety Management System

Astute Asset Management prides itself on being fully committed and proactive towards Workplace Health & Safety Management. With committed management and a pro-active workforce we have implemented a comprehensive safety system in full compliance with WH&S legislations to;

• Ensuring a safe work place for its employees
• Continually striving to improve safety performance
• Instilling a cultural mindset in the company to achieve a ZEROHARM work environment

All employees are engaged in the system and are made aware of their responsibilities through company and project inductions, toolbox meetings, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and/or Job Safety and Environment Assessments (JSEA), Such forms are completed onsite electronically and emailed directly to management and/or project supervisors.

Environment Management System

Astute Asset Management understands the potential impact our services can have on the environment.

Our team recognise that this is a social responsibility as well as a legal requirement. Therefore all works, site set-ups and operations will foster positive aspects of no incidents and a culture for resource management. The primary issues that are considered at all times are;

• Prevention of pollution of the atmosphere, the land and the immediate surroundings on and in which business operations are carried out
• Recycling of water, wherever possible and practical
• Disposal of all waste in a manner that complies with legislation and protects the environment, if recycling is not possible or practical.

All employees are aware and responsible for ensuring the work environment is protected from damage at all times, and are trained to take immediate action to minimise impacts.

Quality Management System

A specific quality plan is developed for each of our projects and covers all aspects of administration and management, work methods, document control, inspections and test and compliance check sheets.

Our quality system and the system instructions are subject to continual review and are available electronically.
